DailyKos Walker out raised and out spent Barrett by nearly 8-to-1. More than 60 percent of that money came anonymously from wealthy out-of-state corporate interests, a direct result of the Supreme Court’s Citizens United ruling. Republicans call this “free speech.” I call it plutocracy.
